Sheriff Johnny Ray Norman is currently serving his second term as Sheriff of Red River Parish. Sheriff Norman first took office in July 2004 and was recently sworn in to his second term in July 2008. Sheriff Norman is dedicated to serving and protecting the citizens of Red River Parish.
